Refund & Return Policy

We want you to love your Doora Ceramics piece. If you’re not fully satisfied, you may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a refund:

• The item must be unused and in its original condition.

• You’ll be responsible for return shipping costs.

• The item must be packaged securely to prevent damage during return shipping.
  (We recommend using the original packaging if possible.)

• If the item arrives damaged or broken, we unfortunately cannot issue a refund.

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Please note:

• Custom or sale items are final sale and not eligible for return.

• We’re a small studio and appreciate your care in returning pieces safely.
