Refund & Return Policy

We want you to love your Doora Ceramics piece. If you’re not fully satisfied, you may request an exchange within 14 days of receiving your online order.

Please email us at admin@dooraceramics.com to see if you qualify for an exchange.

To be eligible for an exchange:

• The item must be unused and in its original condition.

• You’ll be responsible for return shipping costs.

• The item must be packaged securely to prevent damage during return shipping.
  (We recommend using the original packaging if possible.)

• If the item arrives damaged or broken, we unfortunately cannot issue a refund or exchange.

• Custom or sale items are final sale and not eligible for exchange or return.
